Ken Wilber speaks of a journey back to Self from ‘cart and horse’ to ‘centaur’ to ‘unity consciousness’. This is a journey of re-integration, a coming home to wholeness. You are pure being – awareness – bliss. To realize that, is the end of all seeking. You come to it when you see all you think yourself to be as mere imagination. You stand aloof in pure awareness of the transient as transient, imaginary as imaginary, unreal as unreal. It is not at all difficult, but detachment is needed. It is the clinging to the false that makes the true so difficult to see.

Once returned to Self, the circle since falling into matter is complete. You unite with your own complimentary half, previously unconscious and manifesting as longings, urges and unrest within you. In the reunion, you let go of your ‘person’, which is only a projection. The personality longs for the twin flame and Self seeks this connection with the body it inhabits. Self has to conquer, to ‘take’ the personality. The personality must submit and dissolve in that union with Self. Then there is perfect oneness, completion, satiation, end of search – Elizabeth Haich

Once you have freed enough energy usually tied up in a struggle with the mundane, you use it to face the unknown with. In this way, you reach the other bands of consciousness, the higher states, other worlds – Don Juan

I keep simplifying the doing so that I have space to deepen the being. What follows is immense peace, clarity and power.

Your life is mostly run by desire and fear. Desire is the need to add something to yourself, to be more and you fear loss for instance because it makes you feel diminished, less. These two movements obscure the fact that being cannot be given or taken away. Being is already in its fullness within you. The root of your fears is estrangement from Self and the root of your desires is the longing for Self. The cause of all desire and fear is the feeling of not being what you are. A dislocated joint hurts only as long as it is out of shape, and is forgotten as soon as it is set right. In the same way, all self-concern is a symptom of mental distortion, which disappears as soon as you are back in the normal state – Nisargadatta Maharaj

In your natural state, free from desire and fear, you would live a life so intense and interesting, that by losing all, you would gain all.

In Self, you observe life from the sidelines. You allow others their proper evolution. You understand that by being dedicated, you give strength to yourself and the world around you. Your power comes from understanding that where others are, is where they need to be. Whatever they are doing, is for their highest growth. You don’t judge it. By totally accepting other people’s reality, you express true universal love, and you invigorate your own progress. You aren’t tied to the baser physical level by your judgment. Where there is no shape, form and meaning, there is no-thing, no attachment, no expectation and no intent. It is a place of un-doing and un-knowing, just pure BEING. I love the feeling of just being and I know that that is my home.

Seek ye first the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you – Matthew 6:33

When I live from Self, peripherals fall into place.

Being Self = Natural state = Standing in our power = Unattachment = Increased Awareness = Gratitude & Appreciation = Inner Alchemy = ULFE = Being in the moment = Connection with all things = In the flow = Vibrating at optimum frequency = Enlightened Being. If you have succeeded in any one of these, you have access to all the others.

You are the source of it all

Your true home is in nothingness, in emptiness of all content. You are first in spirit and therefore it feels like coming home when you return. You are the very life essence before life takes on form. That life looks at the world of form through your eyes.

In deep sleep, you are yourself. The dreaming reality and then the waking reality is superimposed on this void. Just like in a dream you have a sense of ‘I am dreaming this,’ and ‘I am in the dream’, so, in the waking dream, you also have this sense of I. The I is permanence around which everything else is in its natural flow.

The flow of the universe is the flow of Self. You don’t have a life, you ARE life. You pervade the entire universe and take temporary form to experience yourself as a stone, a blade of grass, an animal, a person, a star or a galaxy. You are not in the world; the world is in you. You don’t get born and die, rather, the world appears and disappears. You are not in your body and mind. Your mind and body are in you – Nisargadatta Maharaj

Life is the object and the observer rolled into one. They never have been other than One. It is you, who has unrolled them, so that your life may unroll before you. Yet as you watch your own life roll out before you, don’t you yourself become unravelled. Keep your Self together – Neale Donald Walsh

You are in this world, but not of it. The world is in you, not you in the world. You are the source of reality. You give reality instead of getting it. Things are as they are because you accept them as such. Once you stop accepting them, they change. A thing appears to be real only because you believe in it. If you doubt it, it fades away. Whatever you think about with desire or fear, appears before you as real. If you look at it dispassionately, it loses substance.

It’s an untangling of belief systems, an unravelling of sub-realities, of time, of mind, of emotions in order to arrive at your Self, Here and Now, Being, Bliss. Life is a journey of re-integration.
